    We’re resuming regular Tuesday classes for intermediate students with a salsa series followed by a short practice dance.

    We’ll have our usual short lesson at 6:45 pm and then lower the lights to give you a chance to practice what you’re learning in salsa along with moves you’ve learned in other dances.  Nothing like practice to get the steps into your muscle memory!

    To benefit from this class, you should be very comfortable with salsa basic steps.

    No partner required.

    Beginner 6 Week Rumba Class – starts Sept. 15th

    This is a class for all you beginners who would like to learn a romantic and easy dance – the rumba.  This is one of the favorites among most ballroom dancers.  There is music from many genres that you can dance to rumba besides Latin songs – such as the Bee Gees oldies song, How Deep is Your Love or The Drifters’ song, Up On the Roof, a country song by Home Free, Your Man or Lionel Richie’s song Penny Lover.

    You don’t need any experience for this class, nor do you need a partner.  We’ll take it slow so you have plenty of time to practice – then, by the end of the 6 weeks you’ll feel pretty comfortable with the basic rumba steps to dance through a whole song.

    Come on out and give it a try!
