Beginner 6 Week Rumba Class – starts Sept. 15th

This is a class for all you beginners who would like to learn a romantic and easy dance – the rumba.  This is one of the favorites among most ballroom dancers.  There is music from many genres that you can dance to rumba besides Latin songs – such as the Bee Gees oldies song, How Deep is Your Love or The Drifters’ song, Up On the Roof, a country song by Home Free, Your Man or Lionel Richie’s song Penny Lover.

You don’t need any experience for this class, nor do you need a partner.  We’ll take it slow so you have plenty of time to practice – then, by the end of the 6 weeks you’ll feel pretty comfortable with the basic rumba steps to dance through a whole song.
